Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bhubaneshwar in Office at Mancheshwar Industrial Estate

Duration: 6 Months

We started in 2017 in Bangalore and have a pan India foot print and our regional offices in Bhubaneshwar.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Sourcing and Recruiting Skill Sets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Calling candidates
  • Travel on project work
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support project objectives.
  • Compile and analyse data related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the creation of training materials and presentations for employee development programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and contribute ideas to project planning and execution.
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Pass out in 2024 or earlier batches either in BBA / MBA. Earlier batches can also apply
  • Strong interest in Recruitment and HR Ares and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus but not required.
