Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team at Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent across technical, operational, and business roles. As part of our growing
electric vehicle manufacturing and mobility solutions company
, you will play a pivotal role in building a skilled workforce that supports innovation, quality, and growth. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong communication, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders, institutes, and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manpower Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing requirements aligned with organizational growth.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for niche technical positions (EV design, R&D, manufacturing, service) as well as corporate and field roles.
  • Participate in defining job profiles, skills, and experience requirements.

2. Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Identify and engage talent using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, agencies).
  • Build long-term talent pipelines through
    campus recruitment, partnerships with ITIs, polytechnics, and engineering colleges
    .
  • Represent Skyy Rider Electric in job fairs, workshops, and recruitment events.
  • Strengthen employer branding through social media campaigns and institute collaborations.

3. Recruitment & Selection

  • Draft and post accurate and engaging job descriptions.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical assessments with managers.
  • Manage the interview process, feedback collection, and timely closure of requirements.
  • Negotiate salary offers and finalize hires in alignment with company policies.

4. Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to applicants.
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees smoothly.

5. Data Management, Metrics & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment data and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Generate regular reports for HR leadership and management review.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws, organizational policies, and audit standards.

6. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring, and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 1-2years of proven experience
    in talent acquisition, preferably in
    automobile, EV, or manufacturing industries
    .
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office, and social media recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under strict deadlines.
