is seeking a Business Development Manager with leadership qualities to bring in new customers for the company to expand/grow our practice within our technology business. The ideal candidate will be someone from a technology/staffing area who understands the industry landscape well. Passion for Business development and consulting is a must for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:Proven experience as BDM US StaffingAdd New Clients or Implementation partner to CompanyMust have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners/Implementation Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.Reaching out to new clients in order to build strong long-term business relationships.Database building, Lead generation, campaign management, Managed Services, and Client Relationships.Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).Add potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.finding leads and making cold calling in defined geographies.Be accountable for revenue targets.Responsible for bringing in new business opportunities by leveraging industry experience, connections with tier 1/ direct clients.
