Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
  • Own and manage all inbound leads coming through assigned partners.
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and move them through the sales funnel to closure.
  • Track, report, and optimize lead conversion rates and deal velocity.
  • Partner Engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring regular communication and support.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their pipeline and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Educate partners on our offerings, value propositions, and sales processes.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Provide sales support, demos, and presentations to potential clients sourced through partners.
  • Assist partners in positioning our solutions effectively to their clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure partner success.
  • Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Forecast and report on sales performance and partner activity.
  • Identify blockers in the sales process and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Relationship Building
  • Foster long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Ensure partners feel supported, informed, and aligned with our business goals.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in Partner Management, Sales, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in a partner or channel environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of (industry or sector, e.g., SaaS, Fintech, etc.) is a plus.Role & responsibilities
