Role & Responsibilities – What You'll Do

:As a Technical Sales Engineer / Manager, you will

:

Promote and sell Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 supplier

s Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solution

s Conduct product presentations, trials, and demonstration

s Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement team

s Support customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales servic

e Meet monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities in the regio

n

Candidate Requirements – What We're Looking For

: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineerin

g 3–10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1

s Strong knowledge of Pune and Aurangabad industrial zone

s Existing contacts and network within automotive industry is a strong advantag

e Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill

s Self-motivated, target-driven, and a solution-oriented mindse

t Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
