Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients for STRATIST.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Digital Marketing & Design Execution
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
Support in content creation and design-related requirements.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Operations & Payments
Manage day-to-day operational activities of client accounts.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client activities and transactions.
Business Growth & Strategy
Work closely with the leadership team to drive STRATIST's business growth.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall revenue growth.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and design .
Strong communication and client management skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and design platforms (Canva/Adobe Suite).
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
Result-oriented with a growth mindset.
