Job Description

Department: Coordination Team – Support Operations

Job Title: Elective Team Executive (Assigner)

Job description:

·        Processing cases as per RAD proficiency and availability.

·        To use a systematic approach to distribute different modalities based on the priority or STAT to the Radiologists.

·        To get a clear understanding of ABR specialties to assign EL final cases.

·        Timely and appropriate communication to all concerned as per the protocol.

·        Strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).

·        Understand the schedules/availability of the elective radiologists.

·        Provide regular feedback to the scheduler on scheduling requirements.

·        Conduct regular and monthly training to team members.

·        Regular updates and documentation of SOP.

·        Follow the pre assignment process.

·        Performing crosschecks for prior images or reports.

·        To verify the current examination for the availability of the images on the servers and to follow up in any case of discrepancies as per the pre assignment protocol.

·        Timely action for STAT cases by prioritizing and assigning the same.

·        To Monitor cases after assignment, and to work in tandem with the teams to ensure that cases are not backed up and go ahead with reassignment whenever necessary.

·        Use appropriate communication channels in a timely fashion to all concerned as per the established guidelines.

·        Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

·        Singapore: Manual RIS & PACS workflow and ensure a < 1 hour TAT when scheduled for this task.

·        Need to adhere to internal processes of elective peer review assignment of cases.

 

Desired Qualification: Life Science Graduates

Skills and experience:

·        Good computer skills and knowledge of Internet & Technology

·        Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

·        Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at different levels and from various backgrounds.

·        Good Experience in MS word and Excel.

·        Adapt to changing priorities and environment.    

·        Good typing speed (Minimum of 30 – 40 wpm) and accuracy
