National Sales Head

We are hiring for a Country Head for a global organization as they are expanding into the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Consolidation
- Identify new partners, projects, and trends
- Manage and monitor partner relationships, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
- Responsible for achieving sales and development targets in the assigned region.
- Proactively approach the industrial sector/ Government sector, identifying opportunities for the implementation of the company's products.
Post-Sales Support & Incident Management
- Resolve basic incidents in products to improve partner satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the technical team to solve complex issues and prevent recurrence.
Partner Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver training sessions on products to maximize partner effectiveness.
- Encourage best practices and keep partners updated on new product launches.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales results, trends, and key metrics for continuous improvement.
- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Budget Development & Event Collaboration
- Prepare and adjust budgets, collaborating with finance to optimize spending and ensure necessary resources.
- Participate in events and trade shows, representing and strengthening brand presence.
