Turno (Brand of Blubble Pvt Ltd) is an Electric Vehicle company that helps operators of commercial vehicles to switch to EVs. Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs, affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners. Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa – experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform.
Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow .

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven National Sales Head to lead sales efforts across the country. The National Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, setting the national sales strategy, building high-performing sales teams, scaling distribution networks, and strengthening key customer and partner relationships across banking, lending, or financial products.
You will own national P&L goals for sales, driving business expansion through strategic planning, leadership excellence, and market innovation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership to deliver sustained growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & National Execution
- Define and lead the national sales strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion across all regions.
- Monitor national performance against KPIs; implement targeted interventions to bridge gaps and capture growth opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and their extended teams.
- Set performance standards, drive accountability, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Build leadership bench strength through capability development and succession planning.
Market & Channel Expansion
- Design and scale distribution strategies, including direct sales, DSAs, connectors, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee channel activation and penetration across metros, Tier 1, Tier 2, and emerging markets.
- Use competitive intelligence and market insights to refine go-to-market plans and launch new initiatives
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, large partners, and strategic accounts.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
- Represent the sales function in leadership forums, product strategy discussions, and board-level reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success in managing multi-region or national sales operations with significant revenue accountability.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales leadership, preferably in automotive, financial services, insurance, or consumer durables/FMCG, lending, fintech, or insurance.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, distribution models, and customer behavior across geographies.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams nationally.
- Graduate/MBA preferred from Tier 1 /Tier 2 College (specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management).
