We are hiring for a Country Head for a global organization as they are expanding into the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Consolidation

  • Identify new partners, projects, and trends

  • Manage and monitor partner relationships, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Responsible for achieving sales and development targets in the assigned region.

  • Proactively approach the industrial sector/ Government sector, identifying opportunities for the implementation of the company's products.

Post-Sales Support & Incident Management

  • Resolve basic incidents in products to improve partner satisfaction and retention.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to solve complex issues and prevent recurrence.

Partner Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training sessions on products to maximize partner effectiveness.

  • Encourage best practices and keep partners updated on new product launches.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales results, trends, and key metrics for continuous improvement.

  • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Budget Development & Event Collaboration

  • Prepare and adjust budgets, collaborating with finance to optimize spending and ensure necessary resources.

  • Participate in events and trade shows, representing and strengthening brand presence.
