We are seeking a Sales Training and Audit Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional sales performance while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

As a Sales Training and Audit Specialist you will play a vital role in enhancing our sales team's capabilities and ensuring our sales processes meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our sales teams, managers, and leadership to develop and execute effective sales training programs and conduct audits to evaluate sales process compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Training**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives.
- **Sales Process Audit**:

- Establish and implement audit processes to assess the effectiveness of our sales processes.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives individually and as a team.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, audit results, and performance metrics
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, with a specific focus on sales training and audit.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
