**Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer**

- Develop and deliver high-quality digital marketing training programs, workshops, and courses that align with industry standards.
- Create engaging training materials, such as presentations, case studies, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Remain updated with the latest advancements, tools, and strategies in digital marketing to integrate into training modules.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary enhancements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students/trainees, fostering an environment conducive to learning and skill development.
- Collaborate closely with the academic department to identify evolving training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, demonstrating proficiency in various digital channels, tools, and tactics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials and curriculum.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to facilitate the success of aspiring digital marketers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in instructional or educational roles.
