**Position: Sales Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Design, implement, and conduct effective training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling.
- Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom sessions, workshops, role-playing exercises, and online modules.

**Product Knowledge Enhancement**:

- Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and innovations in our automobile product line.
- Translate technical information into accessible and engaging training materials for sales representatives.

**Sales Techniques and Strategies**:

- Coach sales representatives on effective selling techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to help the team adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences

**Performance Evaluation**:

- Assess the performance of sales representatives through observation, role-playing, and analysis of key performance indicators.
- Provide constructive feedback and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

**Onboarding of New Sales Personnel**:

- Develop and conduct orientation programs for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automobile products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training strategies to different learning styles.
- Experience with training software and tools.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
