Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Delhi. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and a passion for providing excellent support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.


Experience: 3-5 years


Key Responsibilities:


  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
  • Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs.


Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations,recruitment, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (knowledge of Keka HRMS preferred) and other HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
