Responsibilities:
- To be the POC for all store replenishments. To build replenishment requirements and coordinate with the warehouse for the same.
- Responsible for coordinating with the Warehouse for Stock/inventory-related queries.
- Responsible for coordinating between production and store for all open order status.
- Liaison with payments & invoice related coordination
- Responsible for stock audit at the store
- Responsible for interiors and exteriors of the store with store interior team from time to time
- Prepare and maintain reports in Excel as per SOP guidelines.
- Must have experience with using ERP/POS Systems.
- Effectively execute operations to ensure timely delivery of orders, returns, and feedback from clients.
- Smooth coordination with other functions for meeting work deliverables
- Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the store sales team on product training and other ongoing projects such as pop-up events, etc.
Education Qualification Desired: Graduate or MBA
Communication Skill Desired: Fluent in English & Native Language
Specific Skill Set Required: Luxury brands experience ( Indian Designer Brands), good in Sales &
Operations, Day to day activity knowledge of the store, Audit experience, Complete store operations
experience.
Required Experience- Sr. sales associate 03-05 years
