About the role-
•Providing counseling and coaching to students throughout their entire study abroad journey, from profile assessment to selecting their destination.
• Liaising with different stakeholders within the company like application, visa teams, etc.
• Working on internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets for a smooth process.
• Resolving issues related to university finalizing, filing applications, etc. for the students and other team members.
• Achieving and maintaining the student's sales target.
• Any other task assigned by the Manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit-
• 1-3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, specializing in guidance for a specific country(UK/Germany)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
