You will design, develop, and test conversational flows forvoice-first and chat-based customer interactions , leveraging modern Conversational AI platforms such asDialogflow CX, Rasa, Cognigy AI, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, or IBM watsonx Assistant . Candidates with prior exposure toVXML-based IVR systemsand real customer projects will be given preference.Key Responsibilities Design, build, and testend-to-end conversational experiences forvoice and chat channelsacross multiple AI platforms. Translate product and user requirements into intuitivedialogue designs and interaction flows . Collaborate closely with product managers, conversation designers, and customer teams to refine user journeys and ensure smooth voice UX. Leverage NLP and ML conceptsto improve intent accuracy, entity extraction, and contextual conversation management. Integrate conversational bots withAPIs, backend systems, and telephony platforms(e.g., Genesys, Twilio, Amazon Connect). Conduct functional and user testing, analyze conversation logs, and iterate designs forcontinuous improvement . Prepare and maintaintechnical documentation, test plans, and version-controlled flow artifacts . Stay updated on emerging trends inConversational AI, LLMs, and Generative AI integrations .Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experiencedeveloping or maintaining bots on at least one major platform (e.g., Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, IBM watsonx Assistant). Strong grasp ofNatural Language Processing (NLP)fundamentals andintent-entity modeling . Experience invoice-based bot developmentor IVR modernization projects. Ability to translate conversation design wireframes or scripts into executable bot flows. Proficiency in integrating bots withAPIs, webhooks, or backend data sources . Familiarity withVXML ,telephony integration , orcontact center systems(advantage). Strong debugging, testing, and conversation tuning skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline(or equivalent experience).Preferred / Nice-to-Have Exposure toGenerative AI / LLM-based assistants(e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, LangChain). Understanding ofanalytics, conversation metrics, and A/B testingfor performance tuning. Familiarity withJSON, RESTful APIs, and Python or Node.jsscripting for automation.
