About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies is looking for a Conversational AI Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation chatbot and voicebot solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, AI/LLM integrations, and conversational system design, with the ability to architect scalable, secure, and contextually intelligent systems.

This role requires a strategic thinker and technical leader who can bridge business objectives with advanced AI technologies, mentor engineering teams, and ensure technical excellence across all conversational AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design large-scale, enterprise-grade conversational AI ecosystems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture of chatbots and voicebots using Python, , and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Develop frameworks for prompt engineering, LLM tuning, and context management to enhance user experience and response accuracy.
  • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, etc.) with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services for advanced automation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including AI engineers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and clients — to deliver aligned, business-focused solutions.
  • Evaluate and select the right AI frameworks, NLP engines, and infrastructure components to meet performance and cost goals.
  • Establish best practices for code quality, data handling, security, and CI/CD automation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring high standards of design and coding excellence.
  • Conduct performance tuning, system audits, and architecture reviews to ensure reliability and optimization of conversational flows.
  • Partner with clients and product stakeholders to define solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Core Technical Expertise

  • Programming: Python (Flask/FastAPI), , JavaScript
  • Databases: MongoDB, MySQL
  • AI/LLM Tools: OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, Anthropic, or similar
  • Chatbot Frameworks: Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, custom Python-based frameworks
  • Concepts: NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Context Orchestration, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
  • Architecture Focus: Scalability, high availability, system integration, security, and observability
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, technical leadership, communication, client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of total software development experience, including 4+ years in AI/chatbot architecture or solution design.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering AI-driven conversational systems for enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of LLM optimization, AI lifecycle management, and system architecture.
