Position Summary:

 

Looking for a qualified and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team and contribute significantly in growing the business by building successful and long-term client relationships.


The candidate should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. She/he should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. The candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Create and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  2. Develop positive long-term relationships with clients
  3. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  4. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  6. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  7. Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  8. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  9. Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  10. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

 

 

Requirements:

 

Individual with 3-5 years of demonstrable experience of sales of consulting/Advisory preferably with a consulting firm or working as a relationship manager and driving consultative Sales for large accounts


a)       Able to perform in-depth analysis of client requirements and work with the team to create solutions.

b)       Able to create a long-term relationship with clients typically with CXOs of large corporations.

c)       Should have previous experience in sales of customized learning and development solutions and/or consulting/advisory services.

d)       Should be able to take responsibility of revenue numbers.

e)        Able to generate business and lead complex and or/important clients.

f)          Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries and should be able to sell customised business offerings.

g)        Can work on multiple tasks at once without losing track, foresees and plans around obstacles.

h)       Should be detailed oriented and be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

i)           Should possess excellent analytical skills and be a problem solver

j)           Should be able to navigate ambiguity well

k)        Should be a high calibre individual with relevant business development and sales experience for consultative selling

 

 

Qualification: MBA is must. Specialisation in Operations/Strategy/Data Analytics/Marketing will be preferred. 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required.

 

Salary Range: 9-12 lakhs CTC  + Performance Bonus/Commission
