Business Development Manager/Account Manager
CTC: 5-6 Lpa
Experience: 2-5 years
OBJECTIVE: Generating leads, Closing the Deal and managing the Account
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a 30/60/90 pipeline which represents 3 x TEAM QUOTA of revenue opportunity at or above 50%.
- Each account must show regular movement and progress towards revenue capture.
- Complete all required reports promptly and correctly as requested by your direct manager or senior management.
- Provide concise, valuable input to Senior leadership as requested and as deemed necessary
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Area Sales Manager, Sales Head
- Maintaining and managing all sales related activities.
- Creating and be responsible for all clients contracts, proposals, and further documentation, following organizations procedure.
- Interacting effectively with other departments including Finance and technical team
