  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in key account management or sales
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure excellent customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback
