Key Account Manager HospSales

Reports To Regional SalesManager

Reportees MR / SE / HBE (HospitalBusiness Executive)

The successful candidate willbe responsible for developing and managing a team of MRs forachieving sales targets in their assigned region. They will also beresponsible for developing implementing and executing salesstrategies and plans identifying customer needs and maintainingstrong relationships with key clients. Role will requiresignificant travel with the in assignedregion.

Responsibilities

1.Drive achievement of sales targets for the assigned Key Accounts(Monthly Quarterly and Annually) both in Primary Secondary withtight control on commercial policy discipline.

2.Develop and Drive the Sales Plan based on:

a)Deep understanding of each Key Account in terms of their systemsand processes Key decision makers and influencers antibioticconsumption patterns.

b) Analysis of markettrends competitor activities

c) Analysis of ourown sales (SKU wise) volumes and net prices /discounts

d) Right selection of Hospitals to becovered

3. Deployment and training / coachingwith regular updating on sales analysis and ensure minimalattrition

4. Lead with building direct andpersonal relationships with key decision makers in key customers egKOLs HODs CIP (Commercially Important Person)etc.

5. Proactively recommend activitiespromotions as needed to RSM

6. Ensure perfectionin execution of such activities and promotions in a timelymanners

7. Anticipate and address problems in atimely manner be it with our Team Customers orDistribution

8. Ensure legal compliance in allaspects
