Manager - Presales - IT

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Solution Specialist on various projects, focusing on IT Services and Product Development in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Loan sectors.
- Engage with clients globally, understanding their needs within these sectors and driving value through tailored solutions.
- Lead pre-sales activities by building and delivering solution packs, as well as commercial proposals for RFPs and proactive opportunities.
- Translate client requirements into detailed Statements of Requirements (SRS) and collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business processes, enabling effective product mapping and identifying areas for process and business improvements.
Job Description:
Domain Lead - Banking & Financial Services:
- The candidate will work closely with senior product leaders on innovative products in the financial services industry.
- This role requires collaboration with product development teams, sales, senior leadership, and end-clients, with a strong focus on client consulting, requirement gathering, competitive analysis, and providing strategic input to product roadmaps.
They will contribute to driving growth by leveraging market insights and client feedback.
Pre-sales Lead:
- The candidate will support pre-sales activities across LatentBridge's product and service portfolio, especially within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Loan domains.
- They will work closely with sales, account management, and delivery teams to generate custom solutions that align with client needs.
Must-have Skills:
- Experience in delivering functional/domain SME responsibilities to global banking and financial services clients, preferably working in IT Services/Product Development functions.
- Strong knowledge of processes in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Loan sectors, including risk management, compliance, and end-to-end operations.
- Proven experience working in a pre-sales capacity, designing and building solution packs, and creating sales support collateral within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Loans.
- Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Domain/Functional Expertise Required:
a. Understanding of loan lifecycle processes, front-to-back office operations, and servicing for Banking and Insurance sectors.
- Knowledge of global clearing & settlement processes, reference data management, and securities lending within financial services.
- Familiarity with insurance and loan processes, contributing a broad perspective to product and solution design in these industries.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with asset servicing, corporate actions, and transfer agency is advantageous but not mandatory
