Job Title : Modern Trade Retail Specialist - Offline Expansion

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Modern Trade Retail Specialist to drive DailyObjects' offline retail expansion. In this role, you will forge strategic partnerships with premium tech, lifestyle, and department store chains such as Apple, Samsung, and Croma. You will be responsible for curating engaging in-store experiences, building strong retail relationships, and enhancing brand presence to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

- Establish and manage partnerships with premium retail stores and department chains to ensure strong brand representation.

- Negotiate and execute collaborations to secure prime in-store visibility.

Product Curation & Launches:

- Select SKUs tailored to offline channels and plan impactful product launches.

- Collaborate with merchandising teams to design attractive displays that align with DailyObjects' brand identity.

In-Store Branding & Experience:

- Create compelling brand zones within stores and lead co-branded events to elevate customer engagement.

- Ensure premium in-store experiences that reflect DailyObjects' values of design and functionality.

Sales Performance & Insights:

- Track and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve in-store marketing efforts.

- Provide actionable insights to optimize product positioning and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in retail partnerships, modern trade, or offline business development.

- Proven track record in building and maintaining retail collaborations.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Creativity in curating in-store experiences and storytelling through products.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve sales performance.

- Passion for premium tech, lifestyle, and design-driven products.
