Role Overview:

DailyObjects is seeking a visionary Head of Brand and Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution, driving growth and strengthening our brand presence. The Head of Brand and Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that achieve revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and position DailyObjects as a leading D2C lifestyle brand. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional leadership skills to inspire a high-performing marketing team, positioning DailyObjects for long-term success across current and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals, including brand building, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.

- Brand Positioning: Define and reinforce DailyObjects' brand identity, ensuring all campaigns align with the brand's vision and resonate with the target audience.

- Performance Marketing: Lead data-driven performance marketing across META, Google, and other digital channels to optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.

- Market Expansion: Explore strategies for entering new markets, including adapting campaigns for diverse audiences and regions.

- Customer Insights: Leverage customer analytics to create impactful campaigns, improve LTV, and enhance overall customer experience.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Go-To-Market Initiatives: Spearhead product launches, seasonal campaigns, and category expansion strategies, ensuring seamless execution across all channels.

- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.

- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record of 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in high-growth D2C startups or consumer-facing brands.

- Expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with global marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and scaling marketing teams.

- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and digital-first growth strategies.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions while fostering creativity and innovation.
