- Utilize knowledge of gaming trends, user behavior, and industry insights to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
- Agency and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies, design agencies, and content creators to achieve campaign goals.
- Evaluate agency performance and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Social Media and Community Management
- Lead and oversee the company’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Build and nurture a strong online community through interactive content and campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Leadership

- Interpersonal Excellence

- User Acquisition
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across channels (social media, influencer marketing, paid advertising).
- Optimize campaign performance, ROI, and budget allocation.
- Identify and partner with gaming influencers and content creators.
- Brand Management
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines.
- Manage PR and communications.
- Retention & Engagement
- Develop and execute retention strategies (email marketing, loyalty programs).
- Collaborate with game development teams to create engaging in-game events.
- Analyse player behaviour and optimize retention efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics (ROI, user acquisition costs, retention rates).
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience.
- At least 2 years in the Gaming or Real Money Gaming (RMG) sector is mandatory.
- Experience in the Web3 or blockchain sector is a bonus but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in managing external agencies.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a user-focused mindset.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
