The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology consulting or IT services sales experience in India market. CXO connects to reach out & socialize BDO offer and generate leads

This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that drive insights and decision-making.

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides Digital consulting services to clients. The Business development individual will help grow the Digital business with the focus on growing the domestic market. The success of this role will be determined by the professional’s ability to identify new business opportunities, to grow the business and to establish new strategic relationships in the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective sales strategy for Digital/Technology services

• Generate leads for various offers (for e.g.: digital strategy, architecture assessments, program management, data analytics, automation, etc)

• Proven experience of working with domestic clients; identifying their problems and conceptualizing technology solutions

• Identify markets, clients and generate leads; develop active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota

• Work closely with the solution team to develop proposals and present them to the client



Criteria:

• 8 – 12 years prior experience in consulting or IT services sale’s role; this includes proven track record of selling in the domestic market

Must have prior experience with top professional services firms or Tier1/2 IT service companies

• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred MBA

• Self-starter, motivator, go getter with strong drive with effective planning and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English

• Strong executive presence and presentation expertise
