Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices solutions.- Build and integrate services leveraging Kafka for real-time event streaming.- Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.- Handle end-to-end deployment of applications into production environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and design improvements.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.Required Skills & Experience :- 10- 12 years of overall software development experience with strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17).- Proven expertise in Microservices design, development, integration, and deployment.- Hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka (topics, producers, consumers, partitions, replication).- Experience in production deployments and managing distributed applications.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.Good to Have :- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD).
