What you'll do As an Associate Business Consultant in BIG, you will: Consulting & Problem Solving 1. Diagnose client challenges through structured analysis. 2. Co-create solutions with stakeholders and internal teams. 3. Align every engagement to measurable business impact (ROI, efficiency, scalability). Lead Generation & Business Development 1. Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital channels. 2. Develop a strong pipeline of leads across industries and geographies. 3. Craft compelling outreach strategies to initiate conversations. CXO & Decision Maker Engagement 1. Connect and build relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers. 2. Conduct impactful client presentations and solution pitches. 3. Influence strategic discussions and position VAYUZ as a trusted partner. Business Collaterals & GTM Support 1. Work with marketing & product teams to design business decks, proposals, and case studies. 2. Create impactful collaterals to showcase VAYUZ's capabilities in Digital Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Staffing. 3. Contribute to thought leadership (blogs, insights, whitepapers). Account Management & Growth 1. Own key client accounts and ensure consistent delivery satisfaction. 2. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities. 3. Serve as the bridge between client business needs and VAYUZ delivery teams. 4. Impact Measurement & Strategy. 5. Define success metrics and track impact for every engagement. 6. Continuously suggest improvements for client growth and VAYUZ positioning. What We're Looking For Strong analytical and consulting mindset. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Confidence in engaging CXOs and senior stakeholders. Ability to create and deliver impactful business presentations & proposals. Curiosity, adaptability, and hunger to learn. Background in business/management/tech with interest in consulting & sales.
