Job Description Job Title: Business Development Associate Intern (BDA Intern) Duration: 6 Months Location: Noida / Sultanpur (On-Site) Company: DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Ltd. About DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate Interns (BDA Interns). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer engagement within India's fastest-growing EV education company. You will contribute directly to lead generation, market expansion, and strategic business partnerships. We are hiring up to 8 interns for this role, with each intern assigned to specific business verticals based on skill and interest. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential partners, leads, and business opportunities - Reach out to prospective clients and institutions - Support the sales funnel from prospecting to closure through consistent follow-ups - Maintain and update CRM data for performance tracking and lead management - Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and outreach strategy - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings - Required Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred) - Good interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setup Who Can Apply: - Students from MBA, BBA, B.Tech (Final / Pre-Final Year) or similar disciplines - Candidates with strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development - Individuals willing to commit to a 6-month full-time on-site internship Compensation & Benefits: Component Details : - Stipend : 15,000 per month - Incentives : Performance-based incentives - Duration : 6 Months - Location : Noida / Sultanpur (On-Site) - Openings : 8 Positions Available - PPO Potential : High chance of conversion to a full-time role based on performance - Full-Time (PPO) Salary Range : 30,000 35,000 per month (CTC) Training & Mentorship - Guided mentorship from senior business leaders - Growth Opportunity - Exposure to B2B & B2C business strategy and partnership development Why Join Us: - Be part of India's leading EV upskilling ecosystem - Direct involvement in strategy, outreach, and partnership initiatives - Fast-track professional learning with cross-functional exposure - Dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with measurable outcomes
