- Responsible for smooth affiliate on-boarding from lead generation, activation and training.

- Coordination with different Department to ensure smooth transition of work.

- Daily/Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.

- Identifying training needs across B2B channels.

- Providing support and query resolution for affiliates. MBA from a good institute

- 15-20 years of experience in broking industry.

- Good working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and contact centre solution.
