**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Telecaller in the stock broking industry, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales through effective telephonic communication. Your goal will be to promote our stock broking services, establish rapport with clients, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and create interest in our stock broking services.
- Utilize various lead sources and databases to identify prospects.

2. **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients through telephonic communication.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our stock broking services.

3. **Sales Pitch**:

- Deliver compelling and effective sales pitches to potential clients.
- Address client queries and objections to promote understanding and trust.

4. **Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into active clients.

5. **Data Management**:

- Record and update client information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities.

6. **Compliance**:

- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in all sales interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in the stock broking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of stock market operations and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Persuasive and confident communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Resilience and persistence in a competitive sales environment.
- Time-management skills to prioritize and manage leads effectively.
- Qualification: Any Degree or related field
- Experience : min. 4yrs. In Demat Account Opening.
