What we are looking for


  • 1+ years of experience in a similar profile
  • Experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to On-boarding
  • Experience in handling full-time IT recruitment processes, end to end recruitment.
  • Focus on sourcing quality resumes through job portals, headhunting, etc
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures - from sourcing to onboarding top talent
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Proven track record recruiting highly sought-after skill sets, especially software engineers.
  • Experience in handling HR activities would be a plus
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Experience in organising various employee engagement activities.
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communications skills in English, and be highly organized and action-oriented.
  • Experience in TDS and EPF payments is a plus.
