Manager Sales || Payment Gateway


Job Description:

- Managing the entire Sales Life-cycle including Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating, and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry.

- Develop new and potential merchants, handling existing merchants and their retention as well.

- Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (CFO, HeadReceivable/ Accounts/ Finance, etc.

- Acquiring knowledge of prospect and its products.

- Conducting wide and deep research on their business to be well-prepared for client meetings.

- Building a network through client references for developing business.

- Preparing client and market mapping reports for his business segment.

- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase.

- Prepare and present to management periodic (weekly & monthly) budgets/sales forecast.

- Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients.

- The candidate must Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence.

- Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results.

- Understand the market and produce the USPs of the in-house products that are developed.

- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer.

- Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.

Required Profile:

- Candidates from the Fintech/Software Billing Solutions/Product Industry preferred having min 3-10 years of experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments.

- Knowledge of sales & understanding.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.

- A professional with good communication skills and the ambition to grow in life.
