Job Description:
Managing the entire Sales Life-cycle including Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating, and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry
Develop new and potential merchants, handling existing merchants and their retention as well
Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (CFO, Head- Receivable/ Accounts/ Finance, etc.)
Acquiring knowledge of prospect and its products. Conducting wide and deep research on their business to be well-prepared for client meetings
Building a network through client references for developing business
Preparing client and market mapping reports for his business segment
Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase
Prepare and present to management periodic (weekly & monthly) budgets/sales forecast
Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients
The candidate must Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence.
Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results
Understand the market and produce the USPs of the in-house products that are developed.
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer.
Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.
Required Profile:
Candidates from the Fintech/Software Billing Solutions/Product Industry preferred having min 3-10 years of experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments
Knowledge of sales & understanding.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
A professional with good communication skills and the ambition to grow in life
