Job Description:

  • Managing the entire Sales Life-cycle including Lead Generation, Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating, and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry
  • Develop new and potential merchants, handling existing merchants and their retention as well
  • Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (CFO, Head- Receivable/ Accounts/ Finance, etc.)
  • Acquiring knowledge of prospect and its products. Conducting wide and deep research on their business to be well-prepared for client meetings
  • Building a network through client references for developing business
  • Preparing client and market mapping reports for his business segment
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase
  • Prepare and present to management periodic (weekly & monthly) budgets/sales forecast
  • Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients
  • The candidate must Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence.
  • Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results
  • Understand the market and produce the USPs of the in-house products that are developed.
  • Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer.
  • Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.

Required Profile:

  • Candidates from the Fintech/Software Billing Solutions/Product Industry preferred having min 3-10 years of experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments
  • Knowledge of sales & understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
  • A professional with good communication skills and the ambition to grow in life
