Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development Skills

 Lead generation and conversion

 Key account management

 Strong negotiation and closing techniques

 Market research and competitive analysis

 Proposal development and tender submissions

 CRM software proficiency


2. Technical Product Knowledge

 Detailed understanding of:

o Essential oil & Speciality chemicals

o Regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, FSSAI)

o Product formulation and ingredient functionality

o Labelling standards and safety assessments


3. Marketing & Strategic Insight

 Building go-to-market strategies

 Working with R&D to commercialize new products

 Attending trade shows, expos, and client presentations

 Competitor benchmarking and pricing strategy


4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

 Excellent verbal and written communication

 Strong presentation and persuasion skills


5. Analytical & Organizational Skills

 Data-driven decision-making

 Sales forecasting & budgeting

 Time management & multitasking


6. Regulatory & Quality Understanding

 Awareness of GMP, ISO standards

 Documentation handling for QA/QC and technical dossiers


7. Educational Background

 Bachelor or Masters degree in:

o Pharmacy

o Chemistry


 Understanding of formulations, chemistry, formulation science, and pharmacognosy

is advantageous.


8. Candidate Requirements.

Industry Experience (3–5 Years)

Prior roles in B2B sales or business development.


Experience in below mentioned area will be considered an upper hand:

o Anti-Oxidants

o Essential oils

o Specialty chemicals

o Cosmetic ingredients

o Food-grade additives or flavour compounds


 Full-time and on-site job.

 Salary: 40,000 – 50,000Rs + Incentives.

 Location: Head Office, Nigdi, Pune, Maharashtra.


 Travel: Ready to Travel pan-India
