B2B Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of cosmetic ingredients, essential oils, specialty chemicals, and related raw materials to manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.Generate and convert leads in the cosmetic industry.Manage and grow key client accounts.Develop long-term business relationships with stakeholders in the cosmetic and personal care sector.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales effectively.2. Market & Industry ExpertiseConduct market research on new trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Understand customer requirements in formulations, new launches, and compliance.Attend cosmetic industry expos, trade shows, and networking events.3. Technical Product KnowledgeStrong understanding of cosmetic raw materials (essential oils, emulsifiers, actives, specialty chemicals).Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, BIS, FSSAI, ISO, GMP for cosmetics).Ability to explain ingredient functionality and benefits to R&D and purchase teams of clients.4. Strategic & Marketing SupportCollaborate with R&D and marketing for product positioning.Provide inputs for pricing, go-to-market strategies, and product promotions.Support new product launches and customer trials.5. Communication & Relationship ManagementExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Build strong client relationships with cosmetic manufacturers across India.6. Analytical & Reporting SkillsPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.Track industry trends and contribute to business growth strategy.Educational BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Cosmetic Technology.Knowledge of formulations, cosmetic chemistry, and product development will be an advantage.Preferred Exposure:Cosmetic ingredients (emollients, surfactants, actives, essential oils, antioxidants).B2B sales experience with cosmetic or personal care manufacturers.Email to Apply:
