Market Intelligence:Stay current on industry trends, construction legislation, competitor activities, and market shifts within theconstruction and real estate sectors . Reporting:Maintain an organized pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and document all client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.Qualification: Experience:Minimum of[2-5] yearsof successful sales experience with a significant portion of that time spent in theConstruction, Building Materials, Engineering, or Commercial Real Estateindustries. Industry Knowledge:Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Skills:Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).
