Manager - Performance Marketing the company:We're a budding home decor startup, yet a leading one in the D2C space.Two years ago, with a small team from Indore, we launched our game-changing self-watering planters.We believed then, as we do now, that home decor should be both beautiful and hassle-free.Our self-watering plants with planters were an instant hit.Customers loved the idea of watering their plants just once a week.It's made plant parenting a breeze.And with their continued support, we've become known for delivering top-notch products that combine style and function seamlessly.Our goal is to shake up the home decor industry by offering innovative solutions.We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.Join us as we pave the way for a new era in home decorKey Responsibilities Areas:- Plan and execute Meta, Google & Snapchat ads.- Measure and create reporting for campaign performance against goals (ROI, CPC, CTR, CPM etc).- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.- Brainstorm new growth strategies through new avenue for paid traffic and apps to analyze and optimize the traffic.- Execute experiments and conversion tests, measuring outcomes.- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages.- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.- Identify critical conversion and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.Desired Skills :- Experience in setting up and optimizing on Meta, Google & Snapchat.- 2-8 years of experience in performance marketing.- And experience in D2C commerce brand would be a plus.- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels.- Ability to brainstorm and develop new growth strategies through paid channels.- Ability to measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, and identify trends and insights.- Experience in executing experiments and conversion tests, and measuring outcomes.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Hotjar, Coeee would be a plus.
