We promise quick delivery of live plants, stunning design, premium quality, and easy plant care.Join us as we pave the way for a new era in home decorTo know more Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)- Create, optimize, and manage product listings including content, images, pricing, keywords, and categorization- Ensure product availability and inventory synchronization across platforms- Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics and performance (return rate, defect rate, order cancellations, etc.)- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers in coordination with marketing and sales teams- Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor listings to identify improvement opportunities- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely order dispatches and fulfillment- Resolve customer escalations and claims in coordination with customer support teams- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and address any penalties or account health issues proactively.Desired Skills and Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience handling marketplaces in the e-commerce domain, specifically Amazon.- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, operations, and promotional tools- Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and coordination abilities- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficientlyPreferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in D2C or startup environments- Familiarity with catalogue tools or inventory management systems- Knowledge of keyword tools for marketplace optimization (ref:iimjobs.com)
