Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market positioning.
  • Brand Identity Management: Oversee the consistency and integrity of the brand's visual and verbal identity across all physical branches and online assets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Study and analyze competition, conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to update and undertake branding initiatives while keeping the target audience in mind.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop compelling and consistent messaging using visuals, videos, infographics, etc., across all platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, admin & infra and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.
  • Project Management: Manage branding projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Brand Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and track brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding strategies and initiatives.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders on best practices in branding and marketing.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- 8 to 10 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful brand strategy and management.

- Strong understanding of branding principles and market research techniques.

- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Proficiency in using branding and marketing tools and software.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the financial services industry; banking background is preferred.

- Proficiency in graphic design and editing tools.
