Role:

As the Business Head - Luxury Brands, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our luxury brand segment. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic business plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with luxury brand clients, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results. You will play a key role in expanding our luxury brand portfolio and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the luxury brand segment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brand clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the luxury brand market.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our luxury brand portfolio.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of the luxury brand segment, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior business development or management role within the luxury brand segment.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury brand market and trends.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
