About the role:
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role involves setting sales targets, managing team performance, building customer relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives. The Sales Head will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, forecasting sales, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Location: Across Project Sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for both industrial and residential projects to meet and exceed targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a sales team handling 5–6 projects, ensuring high performance and goal alignment.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential customers and markets, ensuring consistent client engagement and conversions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate sales, managing diverse and large-scale projects.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
