**Position**: Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Furniture Assembly: Assemble luxury furniture items with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece is correctly assembled according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues with furniture, including structural, mechanical, and aesthetic problems. Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or issues related to furniture. Provide expert advice and guidance on furniture care and maintenance.
- Quality Control: Inspect furniture pieces before and after assembly or repair to ensure they meet our quality standards. Report any defects or issues to management.
- Inventory Management: Assist with managing inventory of tools, parts, and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repair logs, inventory usage, and any customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to address client needs and ensure that all furniture installations and repairs are completed efficiently and to satisfaction.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture pieces.
- Comfort with standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Proven experience as a technician or similar role, preferably in a luxury furniture or high-end retail environment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to assemble, repair, and maintain various types of furniture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques used in furniture assembly and repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
