Position: Sales Consultant:
As a Sales Consultant for the Ligne Roset French Luxury Furniture brand, you will be responsible for working with a team at the Boutique in understanding customer requirements and crafting solutions using the Company's product portfolio. This role requires experience in retail of luxury furniture.
Job Requirements:
1-Delivering an outstanding customer experience:
2-Engaging with customers to understand their furniture needs and providing recommendations that meet their requirements.
3-Attending to walk in customers' inquiries.
4-Promoting sales of high-end furniture and lifestyle accessories.
5-Guiding customers through the purchasing process, including explaining product features and benefits, pricing, warranties, and delivery options.
6-Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution to their satisfaction.
7-Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales and Business Development:
1-Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
2-Proactively engaging with customers to drive sales, building customer loyalty, and increasing market share.
3-Building a robust pipeline of potential customers and maintaining an accurate customer database.
4-Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to customers.
5-Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Store Operations:
1-Ensuring that the store is well presented, and the products are displayed attractively and prominently.
2-Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store is adequately stocked.
3-Ensuring that the store is clean, tidy, and meets health and safety standards.
4-Providing feedback to the management on customer preferences, product demand, and store operations to continuously improve the business.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
1-Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior Designing preference.
2-3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture industry.
3-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
5-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking information in MIS.
Job Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
