Role/ Job Title : Manager-Brand

Function/ Department : Marketing

Job Purpose :

The Manager Brand plays a pivotal role in driving the bank's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution:  Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events to promote the bank's products and services. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and areas for brand improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of brand messaging and consistency in customer experience. Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the bank's objectives and target market segments. Brand Identity Management: Maintain and strengthen the bank's brand identity by overseeing brand guidelines, logos, typography, and visual elements across all marketing materials and channels. Brand Performance Monitoring:  Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management. Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all brand-related communications and activities. Stay Updated:  Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously improve the bank's brand presence and competitiveness.

 Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post Graduation : Any Post Graduation

Experience:  5+ Years of experience into brand management, across sectors or advertising agency.
