Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of the OBT platform for corporate clients.

- Manage project timelines, client expectations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

- Act as the bridge between clients, internal operations, and OBT technology partner for product enhancements, issue resolution, and new feature requests.

- Customize workflows and functionalities in the OBT to align with client-specific travel policies and requirements.

- Drive integration of OBT with GDS, payment gateways, expense tools, and client HR/ERP systems.

- Ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues to improve user satisfaction.

- Track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously optimize OBT performance and usability.

- Support Sales and Account Management teams by demonstrating OBT capabilities to prospective and existing clients.

Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Travel / TMC / Travel Technology with strong exposure to OBTs (e., Concur, Cytric, GetThere, Neo, or equivalent).

- Proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and client implementation.

- Strong understanding of GDS systems, mid-office, and payment integrations.

- Ability to translate client requirements into system configurations and workflows.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with CXO-level clients and technology partners.

- Tech-savvy, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an added advantage
