Key responsibilities include supporting sales leadership, driving performance-linked initiatives, managing talent pipelines, and upholding people practices across various locations.Key Develop and implement National HR strategies aligned with overall businessobjectives.- Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive business-aligned HR strategies- Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding for sales roles across markets and channels- Strengthen sales effectiveness through precision training and data-driven performanceframeworks- Guide, coach, and supervise Regional HR teams while ensuring consistent HR policyapplication.- Drive talent acquisition and close manpower requirements as per business needs.- Facilitate onboarding, learning, and capability-building initiatives to enhance employeeengagement and performance.- Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that supportretention and productivity.- Monitor HR KPIs, workforce plans, and regional hiring trends; propose and implementimprovements as needed.- Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws, regulatory standards, and governancerequirements across all sites.- Collaborate with other regional and Corporate HR team to shape organization-wideprograms and employer branding- Drive PMS across the Translate organizational HR vision into national-specific, scalable, and locally relevantoutcomes.- Strengthen operational consistency while adapting practices to diverse nationalchallenges.- Build leadership accountability and organizational capability through people-centricpractices.- Improve retention, productivity, and compliance through proactive HR and Skills:- MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advancedcertification (SPHR/CHRL) preferred.- Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and familiarity withHRM/payroll software.- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and managechange.- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching capabilities.
