Role Purpose The HR Head will lead the end-to-end people agenda – establishing talent acquisition engines, training frameworks, and a robust performance management system – while ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations. This role is about building strong structures and processes that align people performance with business outcomes, enabling sustainable growth for the organization. Key Responsibilities:  Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: • Build a scalable TA engine to staff stores, zonal offices, and HO within defined SLAs. • Develop manpower planning tools, campus and mass-hiring programs, and employer branding initiatives. Learning & Development • Establish structured training academies for store and HO roles; codify SOPs and service standards. • Deploy blended learning models (classroom + LMS + on-the-job) and measure effectiveness through certification and productivity improvement.  Performance Management System (PMS) • Design and institutionalize a robust PMS covering KRAs/KPIs, goal cascading, and regular feedback cycles. • Ensure calibration, fairness, and strong linkage to rewards and recognition. • Build manager capability to coach teams and embed a performance-first culture. HR Operations & Administration • Govern HRMS covering attendance, payroll, and workflows, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance. • Standardize policies and HR SOPs across the organization for clarity and consistency. Rewards, Productivity & Cost Control. • Benchmark compensation practices; align incentive frameworks to PMS outcomes. • Monitor HR costs, productivity ratios, and cost-per-hire to ensure efficiency. Employee Engagement & Relations • Run engagement initiatives, grievance redressal, and exit feedback loops. • Build employee trust while ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, PoSH). People Analytics & Governance • Publish a monthly People Dashboard (hiring funnel, onboarding, training hours, PMS completion, attrition, payroll accuracy). • Use analytics to identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions. Org Design & Change Enablement • Partner with leadership to refine organizational structure, spans, and layers. • Enable change management programs that improve store/DC productivity and service.
